I recently purchased three of the trackers which meant that I also received an additional two as part of the deal. When I went to the checkout I selected three pink and two black but once the order had been dispatched, my invoice indicated that I had ordered five black which I know I hadn’t because I double checked anyway I emailed Customer Services and spoke to a really lovely young lady called Maria who was able to rectify the issue with my order and assured me that when my order arrived, it would in fact be the three pink and two black as I’d hoped. The delivery was relatively fast and I was delighted to see that when I opened the box there were three pink and two black many thanks to Maria for sorting out the problem and ensuring that my transaction with spot minders went seamlessly and was very quick. I’m delighted with the Customer Service.

First thing on a Sunday morning I got a notice that a portion of my purchase was to be delivered today. Hooray! Only it was In Wisconsin and I live 1,500 miles away from Wisconsin so I was perplexed. So I got on a chat about it and was told I needed an order number which I didn’t have quick access to so I dropped off and started looking and my situation was put to the team at Spotminders. Anyway, a later update cleared things up and got all of my purchases to me later that day no problem especially with the guidance of Marla from Spotminders who settled me down. I bought the their Spotminder cards which were well made, simple to set up and appear to work well with my iPhone. I also bought their charger which works well with both Spotminder cards but also my iPhone 16 Max. Small and portable, a very useful accessory. I strongly recommend them both.

I had bought 3 spotminder cards
I had bought 3 spotminder cards. 2 were setup very easily. The 3rd got put aside for a few weeks. When i got to setting it up it proved difficult. I tried to reset it, but it wouldn’t do that so I contacted Spotminders. Marla responded and led me through the process to reset the card, which was then quickly fixed.
The card is now fully charged and working in my wife’s handbag. Thank you Marla for your patience.

Trouble shooting my Spot minders
I love my Spot minders but after deleting them off my phone to loan them to my daughter I had trouble reloading them onto my mobile.(Found out later I could have shared them instead!) I reached out to Spot Minders on Chat and was connected to Raymond who ever so patiently and politely guided me through all the trouble shooting til I finally after watching a video clip he sent me I was able to reconnect. After I’d been trying multiple times and not being able to connect them he suggested turning my mobile completely off and restarting it. It worked but also you must click the little button very quickly and count precisely when following the instructions. Big shout out to Raymond for all the email communication to get me set for my next trip.

I have not used the product yet but the customer service has been incredible. I ordered but sent a note asking if I could purchase it at any store. Response about 6 hours later suggested Amazon for speedy delivery and when I asked how to cancel my order, she did it for me. Wow!

Things started out on a bad foot
Things started out on a bad foot. I couldn’t get the Find My app to recognize the card. However, after charging the card fully, I got it to see the device. After that the operation was easy. The card itself puts out a much stronger and more accurate signal than the Apple product I was using. It is also easier to attach to my wallet and phone.
