No collection, no response, no refund
Saw this service and based on the Trustpilot reviews, I booked and paid for a collection. NOTHING happened - my drycleaning was not collected when booked or the day after. So I called Spotlex and nobody answered so I emailed them and have had no response. It has now been 10 days since the original booking I have heard nothing - are they still operating?
UPDATE: So three months after my review Spotlex decide to reply (below), claim extenuating factors, claim that they contacted me and issued a refund. However they DID NONE of these things so it's all performative to soften an accurate review. Who knows what is going on with this company but give them a wide berth.

These people are fantastic. I have had issues with laundry services in the past and I am so glad I finally found a reliable, friendly company to work with. It's great to have one less job to worry about, and these are people you can trust to handle it for you. Can't recommend highly enough.

Efficient service
Very happy with the service provided by Spotlex. This is the first time I have used them and I will certainly do so again. Very useful to be able to get a large, bulky item laundered (it won't fit in my domestic washing machine). From pick-up to return was less than 36 hours. Highly recommended.

Great service!
