The frame looks great
The frame looks great. The picture itself didn’t turn out quite like I thought. Would have been nice to review it before it was printed. Looking back now that I see it I would have picked a different background. But all is good.

This was my first time using Digital…
This was my first time using Digital Taxidermy. I got a canvas print with a wood frame communication process with the company was excellent. They verified two or three times that I was happy with the product. They let me know that my pictures were acceptable would definitely use them again, it was a whole lot cheaper than getting my fish mounted since prices have went extremely crazy lately.

It didn’t come with any hardware to hang.
The picture and frame we enjoy a lot. All of that is fine work, if I could give 4.5 instead of 4 I would. Purely because it didn’t come with any hardware to actually hang the frame. Sure you can just hang the frame off two nails, but with it being positioned above our couch we would prefer hanging hardware. With the amount of money we paid to have this done I personally would think it would have came with the hardware to hang it.

Worth every penny
The site was easy to use, providing a nice variety of scenes to choose from. When the framed print arrived it was everything I'd hoped it would be. Highest quality image on excellent quality paper in a very nice frame.

Wrong size.
Ordered a 24x36 photo. The photo received measures 27x36. I don't have the means to trim it correctly and if I did, it would take away too much of the photo. And it doesn't fit in the 24x36 frame.
Update to response: I did not receive any explanation except a letter stating one of the photos didn't meet the quality standards. Nothing about a sizing issue. I would accept a trim at tips of antlers and 24" down, resulting in some removal of the reflection. Thank you.

Sorry Anthony, but your particular image did not fit 24 x 36 without cropping either part of his rack or his face in the water which is a major part of the image. You should have received a note in the package explaining this. If you can tell me how you would like it cropped I'd be glad to redo it for you.
