I’m pretty disappointed with my experience at Sportsman’s Warehouse. I had to send my brand-new firearm in for repairs after only shooting it twenty-five times, and it ended up taking 16 days before it was even sent back. The frustrating part is that nothing seemed to happen until I called to ask about it. I had to reach out just to find out if it had even been shipped.

When I called, I was told it would be sent out that same day as soon as I got off the phone. That didn’t happen. Then two days later, they called me and said they would send it out “that day” again. At that point, it just felt like I was being told whatever I wanted to hear rather than getting honest updates.

Overall, really poor communication and follow-through. If you’re looking to buy a firearm or deal with repairs, I’d honestly recommend going somewhere else. Turners Outdoorsman would probably be a better option.

ordered an ams compatible bowfishing arrow. it came and with a stop and slide that was completely different that advertised. also ordered a 75 yard spool of ams line and they sent a 25 yard spool. this place is just awful. 2 out of 2 products that i now have to get approval ad postage and then wait for something so simple. just don't bother. pay a little more if you have to.

I bought a backpack, but the Sportsman's Warehouse sent the wrong size. Not only did they not make up for their mistake, but they were also arrogant and unreasonable, making customers pay for Sportsman's Warehouse mistake. This is really unbelievable. This is not a trustworthy website.

6/22/24 purchased a pair of moc style slippers, received 9/1/24. On 9/5/24 noticed shoe slipping from rubber sole. Contacted sportsmen customer service their response was you have worn them so there is nothing they can do. what a chicken sh-t company they don't stand behind their products. what a garbage company

I ordered 2 products and the company shipped me 2 of the same item instead of what I ordered. The customer service rep was very helpful and promptly worked with a supervisor to try and get the best resolution for me. I was satisfied with the end result.

The whole experience was dreadful, lol. I purchased a pair of Merrill Boots and a 4-Pack of Columbia Socks for Work. The price seemed reasonable and I thought I had 1 Order but it turns out the Items were shipped separately. The Tracking on the website was not reliable. I got the Socks but never got the Boots, the customer service felt "bot" like. I just cancelled through Discover and will never deal with this company again.
