If I could give negative 5

If I could give negative 5, I would. I ordered a few pairs of trainers from these guys on May 5th. I still haven't received my order. It was stuck in customs for insufficient paperwork and I had to contact them 4 times to find out what was going on. They told me last week my items had been released from customs and will be delivered soon. Turns out, they were released from customs to be sent straight back to their HQ in Australia. I have been a loyal customer but will never order again from here.
