I am choosing four stars simply so my refund can be processed. This company makes you choose four or five star to complete the refund. My refund is needed because they charged me after my account was closed!

They had me delete my review

They had me delete my review so I could be refunded all the money that was taken off my card. That didn't happen. It was a purchase I did not make. Someone else had to have used my information. And three other site did this as well. I haven't received any notice as to why no refund yet it's been over 5-7 business days.

Miss leading and doesn't meet what it is advertising. 03-31-26 As of this date. I still received numerous emails and going back and forth. After Sportquik continuously requested me to delete my review or they will hold my credit hostage. I finally decided that they can keep my credit. And I will not delete this email, but will add to this horrible experience. If I could change my 1 star review to a 0 star review, but it will not allow me to. I will begin to seek other ways to complain about the bullying and holding my credit and probably other peoples credit for not deleting their truthful reviews and lie for them and give a positive review in order to receive their credit or refund. I will seek other routes to pursue this i.e. BBB and file complaints against their licenses. I will update in the near future. Here we are April 12th again they are emailing me asking for deletion of this review to receive credit. After numerous times, I continue to tell them that I will not delete, and keep the refund. But yet, I continue to be harassed.

I called and phone directed me to the website where I went on the Chat and pleaded my case. This is the second review I have been asked to complete. Hopefully it is the last. It is stated my account has been rectified and the charge returned as well as canceling my account
