Ordered product from Estonia, so was bit unsure to buy from shop I didn't know, but everything wentgreat. Bike delivered, fully meet product description on Sportmo page, delivery bit delayed but got quick reply regarding reason of delay.

- delivery date met (up to 10 working days)
- packaging not perfect - light paint damage
- missing user manual (mainly how to put the bike together) or at least a link to it
- bike made in 2023
- please consider changing the carrier, FedEx is not good (changing the date of delivery at the date of delivery), I recommend DPD.

I bought a cannondale bike with a big discount. After accepting my payment I got email that the order processing time takes 4-5 days. I expected to get a delivery in 5 working days but in fact my bike was sent from the shop in 7 working days after accepting the payment and it was delivered by FedEx (from Italy to Poland) in next 4 working days. In total it takes 12 working days.

Statuses of my order:
- Awaiting bank wire payment
- Payment accepted
- In Transit from the Warehouse
- Processing in progress
- Shipped

The bike was very well packed. The shop answered to my mails.

In overall, I am happy to have a deal with Sportissimo Bike, the only thing, which they can improve is to provide more precise information about order status and order time.

Delivery is taking more than a week as it suposed to be

I'm sorry but delivery time was written 6-10 days.
You send the bike after 11 days from your shop. Im total since order to will be 18 days, because FedEx claim to delivery this friday.
I was lucky enough and i checked the delivery on FedEx, and you putted wrong Postal code - i provided good one. If i wilk not ser that, probably the packge will return to you... IT was different part od Poland postal.code.
I'm really unhappy from this process and from contact. Anyway, i Hope i will receive my package this friday.

I ordered a 2023 Trek Powerfly FS7 which had a nice discount. All went very smoothly. FedEx was the delivery company and tracking was available. Sportmo was quick to answer my questions. The emtb was packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition.

All good, bike arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Would have been nice to be able to track the shipment though, the delivery guy just showed up a few days later.

Everything went great - bike arrived within the timeframe specified on the website. Final assembly was quick and easy - definitely recomment

I bought a new Trek Emonda bike from sportissimo online. It was very well priced. The communication was correct and fast, the bike was delivered in the morning on the working day after the purchase, so it arrived in Hungary in 5 days instead of the specified 7-8 days, so it could be placed under the Christmas tree :) The packaging of the bike was professional, it arrived undamaged, almost fully assembled . Only the front wheel, saddle and handlebars had to be put in place. I am very satisfied, I recommend sportissimo to everyone and I am sure that I will buy from them again.

Largely responsive with their replies to queries and updates. Also proactively updated me on other colourways in my size as the wait for my requested colourway unexpectedly dragged on (through no fault of the shop).
The slight blemish is just on getting a component incorrect on the final delivery but nothing unforgivable.
Accommodated my payment arrangement request as well so all in all, good service and allowed me to own my dream bike at a lower cost than my local bikes shops so thumbs up! 👍
