Спортмастер 

I just love this chain of stores. In which do not go everywhere a large selection of products.

Unfortunately completely useless.

My wife bought a resistance band on Sportmaster website. She bought it online because the stores are “closed” during this quarantine. She bought it and paid, the following day, she was contacted by a Sportmaster staff and the person said that they did not have the product available (so why it is available online?). After several weeks she got the refund. Finally yesterday the product was available online again, she bought the product (let’s give to these guys a second chance), and she paid delivery (same reasons, quarantine). Supposedly the delivery was going to be following day, but, after three days no signs from Sportmaster my wife had to call them. She waited long time on the call, waiting and waiting for an “expert”. Finally someone got her case and she was informed that the product was still at the store, why they did not send it? The “expert” did not know, so my wife cancelled the delivery. We are living in Vladivostok, and in order to get sport things become kind of a challenge, few sport store options and expensive, additionally companies such as Sportmaster with low service quality.

I do hope to make it all possible anyway. I do want it to be tasted out there no matter what. I do expect to get some business with them for my sportswear business. Looks like they are totally reliable no matter what. Thanks for letting me know.
