Terrible online shop experience!

I made an order online and chosen the pick up in a sportmaster store. Even though the shoes were in stock in that store I had to wait a week because my order was apparently still in process and actually never went through as it got cancelled at the end. I wanted to make an easy and quick online buy but it was definitely not the case with sportmaster!

I'm sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience. We do not offer "Click & Collect" yet, so when you order on the website, the item is collected and shipped from our warehouse.

I apologize for the cancellation and wait time. We have experienced some issues at our warehouse last week and I understadn that the combination has left you with a bad experience. I'm sure we can give you a much better experince, the next time you shop at the website or one of our stores.

You send me an email and ask me to …

You send me an email and ask me to review my experience. My order No. 8380123. I have ordered something online. After more than a week's waiting time, my package was sent. Then 2 days later, I got my package with one missing item. I contact customer services, the answer was it sold out. I don't undertand why a sold out item can be appeared online. I feel to be cheated.

Unfortunately, we have had some challenges with our stockflow, as some of our new systems have created extended delivery time.

However, we have tried to disclose this several places on the website.

The item has unfortunately been sold out at SPORTMASTER.dk. There has apparently been an error in the stock status, so we could not ship it.
