The customer support is the best I've ever experienced. they respond immediately and are very friendly. i wanted a refund of my costs and my order. they accommodated me immediately and made it possible to resolve everything within a few minutes. The store is really highly recommended.

This is my worst experience with online…
This is my worst experience with online shopping! I ordered a backpack on 09/11/2022 and paid for it right away. As of today 17/11 my purchase has not been sent, the status of my order remains "ORDER CONFIRMED, WAITING TO BE PROCESSED". I wrote two emails asking when my purchase would be shipped, but I didn't get a single reply! I don't understand if they are scammers or just lazy people who treat their customers so badly!
