I ordered two pairs of shoes, Adidas and Timberland and both arrived in proper packaging.

The delivery time was quite a bit longer than expected, but I think it is worth it given that they have higher discounts and lower prices than shops in my country.

Overall the international shipment completed successfully through DHL and customer support team provided me assurance in regards to every step of the order and shipping stage.

Customer support was relatively responsive but their interest left somewhat to be desired...I think it is relative from one agent to another.

Non-existent goods and fictitious sales, got caught with ski poles. Ordered goods online (ski poles), did not receive. No response from customer support.

I order a pair of sneakers and everything is fine, i receive the email that the order has been accepted and 2 days later i randomly have the money sent back to my bank account without further notice. Didn't even care to send me an email as to why they sent me back the money. Terrible company fr.

I did order the jacket. They did provide fast shipping, good packaging, and good return terms. Everything positive.
