Bought an alternator from SCW and decided to return it within their 90-days return policy. Hadn't received my refund after 4-weeks from the day it was dropped off at their warehouse. Tried calling and emailing, but no response. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company and will be notifying their attorney general for wire fraud. There are so many similar complaints on Google reviews, it appears they are stealing peoples money which is a federal offense. Make sure you do the same if this happens to you.

Website lied, saying item was in stock. It wasn't. After waiting for shipping info that never arrived I called and they said it would be available in a week. More time went on and I finally called and canceled, which they agreed to do but alas they never refunded my money. Had to file a claim. BEWARE!!!

I paid Sport Compact Warehouse (SCW) for a seat belt buckle that turned out to be incompatible with my car. I returned the buckle to SCW unused and in pristine condition. SCW assured me that they would refund to me all my money less a reasonable restocking fee. Instead they have kept all my money. They no longer respond to my emails and their phone mailbox is always full. Beware of this company!

False advertisement, item says free shipping, paid for item, then they send an email saying the want to charge $225 shipping now and say that's in fine print in a completely different section of their website, everywhere on the item page and cart says free shipping. They refused to ship without me paying and extra shipping charge to a separate PayPal fee which was extremely suspicious, I requested they cancel since they would not ship as stated. They said they cancelled and would refund, still no refund, a week later now I requested proof that they refunded and they can't give me any proof, they just say accounting is processing and should be refunded any day. Terrible business all the way around. Currently out $1200 will be reporting them further.

4/8 FedEx left my just under 1200 pistons at my doorstep. When I got home they were gone. I contacted SCW, they asked for a picture of the front of my house & said it's delivered. I said sure, but it needed to have a signature so it could not be stolen. Today I was informed FedEx denied the claim. No kidding? They have offered nothing but they are arguing the denied claim.

Somehow, it gets worse, I just called FedEx, there was never a claim filed. Called SCW, mailbox full. Avoid these people

SCW website had erroneous information which caused me to order the wrong part. SCW would not pay for return shipping. I had to order the correct part and return the wrong part at my expense to have SCW waive a 20% restocking fee. SCW then reduced my refund on the return by $15 to claw back shipping on the original order even though I paid no shipping. All of these terms and conditions are buried in the fine print. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I will never do business with SCW again and I will let everyone on the automobile forums I frequent know about it.

SCW had the running boards we needed at the best price I could find. Parts arrived so quickly! Installation was very easy & the results look like they came from the factory. Overall this was a great experience.

Best price I could find for the item I wanted and with fast shipping. Can't get much better than that.

The bed rail protector didn't work very well, the 3M adhesive strip was mostly exposed when I received it. It was still sticky, so I tried to use it on my truck. It's a vintage Chevy, so it's the only thing that would work. After leaving it stuck down, weighting it down with 1x4x8 boards and weights for two days, it's still coming up. I had to use silicone adhesive and repeat the process. This seemed to be better, but we'll see. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with the results and wouldn't recommend these to anyone else.

Very hard to contact and ordered a tuner that was “in stock” and then got an email that tuner is on back order and had no estimated eta. Very disappointed

Was contacted by staff early and resolved all my issues. My new rims look absolutely wonderful! TPMS sensors are working without any issues as well. Website was nice and easy to navigate. All in all - absolute pleasure.

This was an easy to navigate website. The prices were better than most. The shipping was extremely fast, and updates were prompt and informative. This was my first experience buying from Sport Compact Warehouse. I was very satisfied, and would recommend purchasing from them!

Got the Crower valve locks in a short amount of time and at a reasonable price. Haven't used them yet but they look correct for my application. Nothing more to add.

Cheapest priced anywhere for same item. Shipped and recieved fast even though I only chose free ground shipping also recieved the correct genuine item and with no issues. I do plan to buy again from SCW again in the future.
