Terrible delivery, mediocre customer service. Will never shop here again.

Brought a Klim jacket, six weeks of owning it and the teeth on the zip broke off.

Emailed Sportsbike Shop on 22nd May, they kindly sent me a return label. On the 10th June they recieved my package, the courier they use must be slow or the service they pay for is awful. The email acknowledgement for them receiving it stated Klim would review the item and be in touch in two or three weeks with a resolve.

Total radio silence until the 30th June, I chased them, they responded stating they would find out and let me know by COB Tuesday.

It is now Thursday evening, still non the wiser and completely fed up with both Klim and Sportsbike Shop.

Tomorrow will be six weeks since it was sent. Appalling service, shocking communication and currently zero resolve.

Went to Preston store to try on some new leathers before my first ever track day on the 23rd April and tried a few one but nothing fit quote right James Joe Georgia and Carol helped me no end in ordering something smaller came in next day Joe and Nip Nips (James)Georgia and Carol brought them out and it fit perfectly bought there and then the RST airbag suit thank you guys

My son and I have been customers for the best part of a year, either shopping on line or at their shop in Leeds. The customer service at the shop is ace and we have received good products at good prices with excellent customer service. But, if such a thing is possible, our online experience is better than ace. Late on Saturday night I ordered some cleaning/maintenance products (no big deal, I know!) but they arrived spot on time at 10am this morning at the exact start of the delivery window. It seems to me that Sportbikeshop know their business by using DPD for deliveries who perfectly match Sportbikeshop's ethos of customer service and efficiency.

Bought a Caberg Duke II - Super Legend helmet in large and the whole buying experience through these guys was perfect. Great selection of products, honest clear reviews and the helmet was delivered within 24 hours as promised and perfectly packaged and cheaper than elsewhere. What more could you want.

Delivery from hell... Twice sent back obviously opened and broken box, possibly used second hand product asking for a bit of decency in providing as you would expect for a brand new, sealed unopened boxed item, and guess what, not even after a complain they can sort it out.... Sent item back for refund and lost a few customer as a result. Avoid!!

Every time I buy from Sportbikeshop.co.uk, I have a great shopping experience. They offer a great variety of quality products, easy purchase and seamless delivery. They deserve more than 5 stars.

I finally have the chance to buy a motorbike after I rode a bike last time in Italy.
Sportbikeshop Bristol was suggested by a friend and Icwent straight there since I had to buy basically everything.
Spencer was a fantastic guy, nice and professional. He listened to me and he immediately understood my needs. We had a very nice and technical adequate chat about equipment etc etc and he made me save a lot of time, filtering out all the items I didn't need.
Basically, I bought a helmet, a jacket, gloves and my wife bought a jacket as well.
All these items are as described and absolute matched my needs.
I can't be happier and I will consider them as my first choice next time I will need something for the motorbike (and I will).

Excellent turnaround on orders. Ordered a new pair of boots that were an absolute steal Saturday and they delivered on the Sunday for free.

What a great company you can order all the items you want and try on at your leisure at the store .orders are usually ready next day ! I visited the Bristol store and was helped by the manager Fabrizio who was very knowledgeable! And helpful

Rang the Harlow branch for some advice regards an airbag vest. Keith the branch manager guided me through everything I needed to know and did me a great deal on the Ixon Airbag Vest. Even delivered it the very next day which was fantastic. I will deffo use this branch again in future for any biking equipment. Excellent 👌🏻😊

Fantastic service from this shop, my first experience with them but here is now my choice for everything. Wrong size helmet ordered but nothing was too much trouble with them and the speed at which this was sorted out defied belief. Thanks especially to Niel Canfer for all your help and will definitely be using again.

over the past few years I have dealt with sportsbike shop and I just will not shop anywhere else, every transaction has been sublime, even if I have had to return an item they were incredibly helpful. Just fantastic guys, blows the competition out the water. wont go elsewhere.

Ordered a jacket and a pair of pants, jacket was small, cs sent the size I opted to the shop of my choice promptly, 2-3 days I think (considering the req was made Friday, the pants weren't on stock so they gave told me it will arrive to the shop on Wednesday which didn't happen, I think they were late 2-3 days but can't blame them, 5 stars without hesitation , great customer service in store @leeds and also online, very competitive prices on pretty much everything beside helmets.

These guys are great to deal with and when I’ve needed to return an item they are quick to resolve this.
Clothing that they sell is of good quality

I bought two products on the website where it says delivery the next day, to later get an email saying it was out of stock for one of them. They are slow to respond and made me waste days without important bike items (boots and gloves). A decent company would keep their website's stock updated.

I enjoyed doing business with them. The customer service is excellent and they are always responsive. Great products and great pricing too.
