Product paid for but not received

I recently made my first order at Sport-Max (to Belgium). I am impressed by the variety of the products on offer. Also, their prices are very attractive. I am very pleased and I will definitely order more in the future. I highly recommend Sport-Max!
Since the company was undergoing some IT-related modifications, I encountered some problems when placing my order. However, when I contacted customer support, I was immediately helped and guided every step of the process.
I especially thank and highly praise Ms. Paulina, one of the most professional, informed, helpful, polite and pleasant customer support people I have ever met!
I think the company makes a great impression right from the start thanks to this approach from the employees.

Amount paid insufficient, order blocked
After having made two successful orders from this webshop in the past, I have now a negative experience with my lastest order
I have paid the requested amount, but when I check the current order, I see that there is still an outstanding amount. I tried contacting customer service via mail and phone to get more information, but phone nr is not recognized and to mails I don't get a reply. Is this company out of business?
UPDATE 20230627
In fact the reply by mail from CS ended up in Spam folder, they will send me my order today. Bank took a commission from my original payment, so that is why the amount I sent was not the amount that they received. According to CS I wouldn't have had this problem if I had used another bank account, but this could and should have been clearly indicated when I ordered.
