Love the product/Crappy business practice
Love the product; however, not allowing me to apply these $20 off perks to my existing subscription, is idiotic. You guys never make it easier. If I didn't LOVE your products, I would drop you for this kind of stupid bullshit. Now, I'll get ANITHER $20 perk (for this survey), you'll raise the price from $39 subscription, to $49 regular, you'll add $6 shipping, and in total, I will now get a grand total of $5 off. CRAPPY BUSINESS PRACTICE.

Delayed delivery times on subscriptions and non fulfillment of free offers. I was promised a full bottle of the pineapple flavored liquid collagen but never received it. They are helpful and try to correct any mistakes and the bonus gift that comes with my monthly liquid collagen subscription is nice. But one time they sent me a useless cheap plastic brush. I recently received a nice lip mask as my bonus gift and I loved it.
I only received one spoiled child shot glass to take my collagen with but unfortunately it was glass and broke while I was still on my first bottle. They have never sent me another one. I love their liquid collagen, it tastes great! I would love to receive some samples of the other products they offer.

I ordered a "sample" of their Hair-Growth Spray and received the item as promised. However, the amount of spray was so small - I was truly disappointed. Only 50ml which might last 30 days if I use it sparingly. The original bottle would have cost me $90 and in order to get results, I would need to use the spray for at least a year. Do the math (90x12) and it would be cheaper for me to buy a wig!

Slow shipping for auto subscriptions
First, their products are very expensive and they are not a full 30 day supply. It’s 28 days.
Second, shipping for auto supplies can take anywhere from 4-12 days to receive your next shipment is unacceptable for people who are on auto renewal.
My monthly subscription was 164.00 (yes, expensive)a month and I’ve cancelled my subscription. I will now buy similar products on Amazon
