So far, so good. Better sleeps. I've had to scale back to one a day though because it caused diarrhea. I love the flavoured gummies that are easy to chew and swallow. I received my two packages on time, and both packages were well packed. I'd recommend this product.

3 stars at the moment as not had long enough to make an informed comment as only been taking then a few days as they took a long time to get here !! I’m still waking up between 3&4 am and unable to get back to sleep my apple tracker is giving me between 4 -6 hours a night sleep randomly so time will tell I will update going forward !! They are nice to take but at the moment that’s all I’ve got

Waking up is just as smooth! I have known that I needed more mag. for a long time and this is just the right ticket!
Other pills did not stop the cramps in my legs or let me just go to sleep. I will continue with this product. Don’t change a thing!

I am sleeping so much better since I started taking these. No more being awake for hours in the middle of the night multiple times a week. When I do wake up ( bladder calls) I can usually get back to sleep in minutes No feeling groggy in the morning

I was taking magnesium before, but a different formulation. This is so much better! I have recommended it several friends.

I’m into my first week and I can definitely notice a change.
My hair and my nails are so much better.
My aching legs and back.. what a difference. I can walk up and down stairs without moaning and groaning
Now need to get on regular monthly basis.

Easy to place order, fast delivery but most importantly, I have definitely felt a difference in my leg cramps and pain. I am diabetic and work hard at controlling my numbers and am especially concerned about my limbs.
I was getting cramps and my legs were on fire when I went to sleep at night, waking me several times throughout the night. I have been on the gummies for one week now, and already I feel a difference and have not been awakened by the discomfort of cramps and pain. They also taste good!!!

I really like these gummies and they help me sleep longer, now I only wake up once during the night instead of multiple times. If you could make them a little stronger to help me sleep all night long would be awesome.

I was having problems staying asleep and it worked for me . The first time I took it I slept through the night.

So far….So Good ! These Magnesium gummies work well esp. if I take two at once. I usually wait till 1-2 am after I wake up to consume them. Then it’s smooth sailing to the morning.

I’ve had longer stretches of sleep since the first night I took it. I’m sleeping deeper and longer than without it.

My questions were answered promptly and fully, Actually I bought these for my husband who is having a terrible time with leg cramps over the last couple of months, and he has been taking them nightly for the past week, and is having much better nights and a lot less leg cramps. I actually bought these for my autistic son to replace the magnesium l-threonate supplement and get him off the melatonin. I began taking them too and I sleep all through the night without waking. I think it helps him sleep better too; he seems more regulated in the morning, not scripting so much on the way to his Center.

First time I,ordered it took weeks for the gummies to arrive. Really questioned if I would order again. Second time I ordered 3 and they varrived in a timely fashion.

Love them! They help me sleep.
