I use both the Magnesium Glycinate and D3K2 gummies. Very easy to order. I am sleeping better, longer stretches and deeper sleep. I credit both and will continue. I do recommend giving them a long trial.

I had a problem with Royal Mail saying the product had been returned to sender so I got in touch with SPNutrition. First class customer service and were preparing to send my order again. Lo and behold my package gets delivered. Contacted customer service to let them know and got a lovely reply. Now to try the gummies 😊

I was pleased to receive a response the same day. Not only was their quick response welcomed, I feel that this product is actually providing the benefits as described in their advertising. Using this product has become a regular part of my nightly pre-bedtime routine.

Good product and efficient support team. Only gave them 3 stars because I realised that I had inadvertently subscribed. Fair play, I should have looked harder at the small print, but it does annoy me that it’s not blatantly obvious until an email is received replicating your original order and funds taken from you account! Really annoying. However, after immediately sending a polite email requesting cancellation and refund, I received an email back by return confirming that my request would be adhered to. All good. After 3 weeks, I see a huge decrease on amount and intensity of my hot flashes!

Product arrived promptly. I have two months' supply. Hope I'm not hassled at the end of the first month for "continuing" supply. Prepared to do the long haul for results.

The product arrived after a little time, which I was happy with. The gummies are easy to consume, with a lovely raspberry flavour. Not sure that I've noticed any difference yet. Time will tell.

I have taken quite a bit of magnesium and this seems to do the trick. I don’t have trouble sleeping but I do get muscle cramps but no more. I will be buying more.

I like the product but do not want auto ship at this time. I will reorder as needed.

Oh MG! I haven't slept 8 hours for almost two years! I ordered your Magnesium Bisglycinate gummies thinking that it probably won't work.
I didn't want to take a sleeping pill. I tried everything. Warm milk, going to bed same time every day, different suppliments and nothing worked. I got the gummies home, read the labels again thinking what do I have to lose. I took one gummies 1/2 hour before bed and I slept uninterrupted for 8 hours! Ok a fluke right? No. I have used them three days in a row and all three nights a full 8+ hours sleep. This is the best product I have purchased to date. If you are on the fence don't be. They do work! Also muscle recovery. I don't wake up with tight shoulder and neck muscles. Almost too good to be true. I love them. So glad I found them.

For years, waking up at 3:00 a.m. was just part of my routine. I still wake up briefly during the night, but instead of lying awake for hours, I now fall back asleep almost immediately. Even better, I don't experience the grogginess or brain fog that melatonin left me with the next morning.

I'm impressed with the results so far and will definitely continue using them. The recommended dose is 2 gummies per night, I take 3. these gummies are absolutely worth the try.
