Absolutely great overall quality.

Absolutely great overall quality.
The service (no communication necessary and very fast delivery) was astonishing.
The quality of the product (lily58) itself is really outstanding (I love it).
I will buy from splitkb everytime again.

Great Ambient/Nocturnal switches!

Great Ambient/Nocturnal switches, I was expecting something better than the red 50g switches that I ordered with my new ZSA Voyager, but I was completely blown away with how they feel and sound - they are incredible, feels like typing on a cloud (in a good way!). Splitkb support was also great since I often have difficulty receiving packages where I live but kept in contact with me so everything went smooth. 5 stars!

Perfect

Fast and furious :D Order recieved well packaged. Switches are obviously brand new and in perfect condition. And I even get a mini waffle in addition of these awsome switches.

Defective item and zero response

Made a second big order but this time one of the items I received was defective. I emailed them immediately and I was told they'll keep me in touch as they need to contact a supplier..... and that is the last thing I've heard from them. I've email them multiple times since then for updates and heard nothing back. It's been 3 weeks since my first email and at this point I'm starting accept that I got scammed. Please be cautious and learn from my mistakes.

Good & Fast

All switches were bagged by sort, labeled accordingly. package was wrapped nicely and my order went through quickly. All the baggy's also have QR codes on them if you'd like to get more info then is on the sticker.
And all the switches I got I ended up liking. These (to me) were some of the better switches I have tried.

I had made some errors with my order…

I had made some errors with my order and splitkb went above and beyond to help correct my noobish mistake. I am more then satisfied with my experience. I will be returning for all my custom keyboard needs. Splitkb rocks.
