I placed my order now over three weeks ago. My first clue that this was a scam was when I tried to track my order my computer blocked the website, saying that it was not trustworthy when I tried to go to the website directly not through the link, I could not login don’t buy this. It’s a complete shame. Also, if you try to call customer service, no one will answer.

These people are frauds. I placed an order 4/27/25 and got a tracking number and it stated that my order was in transit and it should be received within 6-10 days not true. I reached out to them end of May and was told they were back logged to allow 2 weeks still nothing. I kept getting empty promises about discounts, and refunds but still to this day no products, no refund just money lost. I would advise not ordering anything from this website. If, I could give a zero I would because they don’t even deserve a 1 star.

I received the product and never opened it. I followed the refund information via email and also called the number listed on the transaction and have not gotten a response. I then decided to contact my bank and submit a dispute.

Unable to match my shade and they beat around the bush for months and never refunded my money after promising they would.

I received my product but it’s china slop not the real thing, it’s a bootleg. It doesn’t look bad, but it definitely gets oily but you can use powder to mattify it. When you’re paying full price, you want the full product so def do not order from this company. Do not think you’ll be a lucky one, they are illegitimate. Period!

The product was immediately oily and greasy looking on my skin. I emailed their customer service number multiple times with no response. $40 wasted.

If I could give 0 I would give 0. I ordered the Beauty Balm from Splendor Balm, and it was delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted customer service, they told me they would send a replacement—but they never did. Instead, I was forced to go back and forth through countless emails, only to be given empty promises.

Eventually, they said they would issue me a refund. That refund was never processed, and after that, they completely stopped responding to my emails.

This is highly unprofessional. Splendor Balm took my money, never sent me the product, never issued a refund, and ignored my follow-ups. This feels like theft, and I would not recommend ordering from them.

I ordered splendor balm On April 25, and to this Day August 28th I have not heard or seen my products . I think it’s bad business or a Scam??? Do not order!!!!

I placed order In May. It is now August and still no product. I have emailed them multiple times (16 to be exact) regarding the delay. It takes them about 2-3 weeks to respond to each email. Still no product!

At this point I am just going to consider this a loss. Lesson learned!

I ordered this product I. JUNE 2025 AND AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THE MATTER I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT THAT I ordered. It's now August 19. Initially there was no movement on the product being shipped for several days after I placed order when I reached out to them they said they have been having delays but should receive product in a few days. Very next day I received notification that product had been delivered. No product in mailbox or anywhere around my house. Have sent multiple emails and still no product after being promised that they would rectify the missing order. Lost my money and still no product.

Ordered this product and it took forever to receive after sending several emails. Finally arrived and the product was horrible! I am having skin issues which I never had in my life. I have an appointment with a dermatologist in two weeks. This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a black owned company and I am over 60 years of age. Do NOT waste your money on this at all!!!

If I could rate a ZERO I would!! I wish I'd read these reviews BEFORE I placed the order. It would have saved me $44.98 and a headache. Horrible customer service. No response and no order received. Please do not waste your time placing an order. Do your research and stay away.

If I could give it a zero I would. My original order was placed end of April, 2025, as of June still no order. Many request for tracking info went ignored. Finally, an email from Simone, signature said Founder. She said she has ordered tracked and it would be arriving shortly. Weeks later order finally arrived, broken and melted, totally un usable. Sent Simone the pics of the mess that was in the partial torn plastic bag it was shipped in. She apologized and sat it was the fault of shipping! Beyond her control. Y’all long story short. Never got the replacement order and “special gift” she promised nor my refund that I have requested 3 times. She gives black owned woman businesses a bad name.
Do not order from this company. Convinced it’s a scam!!

Scam Never received my order it’s been Over two months already I’m filling a Dispute!!

Order placed on June 22, 2025. It's now July 25, 2025. Product not received. Several phone calls placed, with no return call. Several emails sent with no reply. This is a scam.

I would give it a zero review. I purchased it May 14th and never received it. I've sent several emails and no response. Please don't waste your money because you may not receive the merchandise. Update;after my review, I received an email stating my package was delivered but I never received it

Splendorintl is a scam!!!

I found this website via an ad that was seen on YouTube. Not knowing it was not the actual Splendor company and I placed an order.

After realizing the shipping time took longer than usual I decided I would cancel. I contacted Splendorintl and they responded that they would exchange the item. I refused the exchange as I preferred to return them.

On June 18, 2025 the last and only email response I received from them was informing me that they would provide return instructions when the items arrive on my end. To date they have ignored all my requests following up on the return instructions & refund policy/process.

This was my final email request sent to Splendorintl after several attempts requesting for return instructions & the refund policy as follows:

To whom it may concern:

I received email correspondence from your end stating I would be provided the return instructions & refund policy when the items I purchased from your company Splendorintl actually arrived on my end since it was already in shipping transit.

The Products purchased are now here and packages unopened. To date, my request for the above subject have not been answered or provided after informing your company that the items are here awaiting pending return instructions and the refund policy.

I think I am a victim of scam/fraud.

***BEWARE, IT'S A SCAM!*** The packaging was definitely not great nor did it reflect the name I purchased the product under, Lakerain vs Miss Splendor. Lakerain is priced on Shein for $4.74 USD per beauty balm.
However, I paid a total of $44.98 USD for two Lakerain beauty balms thinking I was getting two of the Miss Splendor beauty balms, per website's advertised product. Due to false advertising, I will not purchase from this company again. Beware of fake reviews regarding this product also! In addition, don't fall for the buy one get one free scam. If you are interested in the Lakerain beauty balm, buy from either Shein for $4.74 USD or Amazon for $6.99 USD and save some coins.

Product was ordered on June 20th and delivered June 30th.

I’d give it 0 if possible. Ordered tint balms. I was sent a knockoff tint balms from China. Made several unsuccessful attempts to notify them via email and directly through the Splendor contact site. It was only when I had filed a complaint through PPAL for a chargeback request, that Splendor finally contacted me with their concern, and asked for a reason for my action. After sending them an explanation with photos, I was again ghosted by Splendor.

100% SCAM!!! REPORT ANY AD YOU SEE FROM THEM!!! I ordered the product on May 3rd
It is now June 28th and NO PRODUCT has arrived! I have called several times and get a AI,automated voice mail! I have emailed several times and received NO RESPONSE! I DONT EVEN THINK THE TRACKING SITE IS LEGIT!!
