I've been using Splendiday for my personal use, and it is hands-down the best platform for orders.

Some pictures are different from what I ordered !

The item was NOT as advertised! I ordered 2 sets of 3pc= Total 6 Electric Automatic Nail Clipper & Trimmer. The advertisement showed a shielded/rotating/metal blade. What I received was 6 units with merely a vibrating/emery-cloth disc.
I would either like to have my money (USD $69.96) refunded or get the product as advertised.:

I expected to receive a nail clipper, instead I received nail filers. Not what was advertised!!!

Advertisement made the device seem great for nail care. Hand and foot. But what arrived didn’t live up to expectations

Love to shop on Splendiday. From the sellers to the delivery, passing trough comunications payment. Its all a premium experience.

Ordered electric automatic nail clippers but never received as of 2/10/26

I ordered/paid for a nail cutter, but received a nail buffer? definitely NOT a cutter.
It will be appreciated if you could send the cutter please.
If you provide me with the address I will return the incorrect product received

My experience with Splendiday has been excellent. The platform is easy to use, communication with support is smooth, and the trade assurance gives confidence. A reliable and professional marketplace.

Product arrived broken…non functional…and in a torn box. Come on, REALLY? They didn’t even try to make it look good. Returned it just to see what would happen but so far no response from the seller. Avoid seller and products.

I received my order today from Splendiday, and I am very thrilled with the electric nail clippers. They work exceptionally well.

Easy to purchase, unfortunately only 4 of the 5 pens worked.

I have not received it and have sent 3 attempts to inform you. I have not received a response on any of my 3 attempts.

Found exactly what I was looking for, unfortunately being in Australia everything is in USD; other websites I order from also give the Australian $ price

The purchase experience was fine however, the item I got is not the same one as in the ad one that had metal teeth that grind the nails and then pour out a opening in the front and this one has a pad on the top which is apparently just sandpaper and so it will wear out really soon, not to mention it only comes out the top and makes a very slight dusting. I wish I had received what I paid for.

I order thr item and was charged right away.Then I received an email was mailed and tracking number that didn't work that was about a week after I ordered. I waited a6 days contacted support ans heard nothing back from them on 2/5/26 I finally received the order. The boxes were in a bag and no Engilsh on the boxes anywhere and t hey looked like toys. I am returning them now fie credit. Thanks, S Thornhill

I ordered a nail trimmer about 2 or 3 weeks ago I've sent numerous emails and never got a answer well today it finally arrived thanks

I have not received my order. Please let me know when I can expect it.
Your shipping and delivery apps are very poor!
