Easy to navigate around the online site, real time stock levels, always post super quick via standard or express delivery, the team are always helpful to answer queries via email and communicate well. Shame we didn’t live closer to access the shop!

I ordered several parts over the last few months, and when I hit a brick wall with a running issue, they spent time explaining and sending me images of what the likely cause was (of which they were correct) and as a result I ended up not even needing any parts, so they did it all on purely goodwill.... I have used splat shop a couple of times and parts are correct and arrive quickly, I recently had an issue with my electric trials and Chris has gone out of his way to help, even contacting a friend in the USA to help me out. It's when you have problems or things go wrong that you find out just how good people are, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks Guys!

Amazing customer service. Contacted them with some questions for a set of carbs I needed and am incredibly happy with the service. The most detailed emails with photos and explanations to my multiple queries. These guys really know their stuff and super helpful. Cant recommend enough!

The part I wanted had to be specially ordered, so there was a bit of a delay. But I was kept informed and it turned up exactly when they said it would. Delivered at 11.00, fitted by 11.30, riding by 13.00. Happy customer.

Ive been buying parts from Splatshop for almost 3 years now . I live in Panama . The parts are shipped to a freight forwarder in Miami . The shipping costs are very low . For small items i pay around 7.00 dollars from U.K to Miami . They have always shipped my parts within 24 hours weekdays . Their website is second to none . Many parts have an explanation of anything about the item so that the customer knows exactly what they are buying and which bike it will fit . They have responded to all of my emails . There has been a few times that Splatshop has given me information to fix problems with my bike that no one else that i know could have solved . These people know trials motorcycles from the inside to the outside . They stock parts for many brands of trials bikes . If you are located in the usa or have a freight forwader in the usa you will not be their prices . Ive looked at all the trials dealers prices in the usa . Splatshop is always lower .
