I ordered these from Instagram. They immediately took my money but I never had a confirmation email and 2 weeks later still no sign of the goods. I have emailed them twice with no response whatsoever. This is a SCAM. I am now having to contact my credit card for a refund. Sadly I dont have the option to put 'ZERO' stars

Ordered this via Instagram ad. Fee was deducted immediately but received no confirmation email, no response to enquiries, no sign of the plasters. This is a scam. Do not buy!!!

I ordered mine off eBay. They came when they said. At first I was doubtful that they would work. They only fit on my big toes but after a month of using them I can see definite improvement on my nails. I don’t know how long the improvement will last so I’ve ordered another two packs. I’m going to carry on using them until my nails have grown out all the infection. I change them when I get them wet in the shower. So every other day.

It’s a scam!
No instructions, they don’t stick, I actually think they will make your condition worse.

I'm being completely honest, the order never arrived, they do not answer my emails and online messages. I've not received a refund, apology or explanation. If I could give no stars I would! Please buy from someone else! This is a con.

Nothing has arrived! They have taken my money but had no confirmation email so no order number. Have tried using the email form on their website 3 times but no response. Complete scam- should have checked out other reviews first! Now trying chargeback.

Awful product. No instructions and do not stick to nails properly so no way will they work as described. What a waste of money.

waited weeks to arrive, eventually arrived and straight away knew something was wrong, completely wasn’t what was advertised, No instructions and just shoved into a Jiffy bag, wished I’d looked at reviews first. ☹️

I got the delivery on time. So I'm happy. Now just hope that it works .

What an absolute pile of 💩💩!!!!

Do yourself a favour and avoid these thieves like the plague!! They are not what or who they say they are!! My order arrived finally and no package and no instructions!! Oh and while I’m on the matter Amazon sell the same plaster for 0.99p for the same product!!!!! What an absolute disgrace!!!

Well, I got scammed along with everyone else. I placed my order for the now infamous toenail patches on 5th September and have since received nothing. I’ve sent an email to them today asking them to cancel the order and issue me with a refund. I know that this isn’t going to happen, but I need to go through the motions before reporting them to Trading Standards. Being a UK registered website, I’m hoping that Trading Standards will be able at least to get it shut down even though the company itself is operating from abroad.

Let this be a salutary warning to everyone, give this company a wide berth!

Waited 3 weeks then received package of 100 strips with no packaging or instructions. No idea what they are. Total con. Avoid

FRAUD, SCAM COMPANY. Where is the consumer protection here. I, along with many, many others are reporting scams, poor service (if any at all), orders not being delivered, and non existent contact with the supplier when enquiring where these orders are and YET…they are still operating as a business. Consumer Rights….yeah right. What a shambles. AVOID or lose your money. Easy choice…if you’ve been lucky enough to read this before you commit…..unlike me. Oh and SPITZU, if you happen to read this I ordered the tow nail patches from you, which I’m clearly not going to receive. Thanks.😡

Website is uk . Seller in china. Email in Russia. Pure scammer if you luck you get your order after 3 months.
No phone numbers to call and tracking is fake . Please report them everywhere

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Long delivery time, still waiting for mine. Company refused to cancel as they said goods dispatched. Ordered from their site as I thought it was a uk company now by the reviews it seems goods come from china. Assuming they arrive of course.

Wish I'd read these reviews first. I thought nothing would be difficult ordering a small pack of plaster - what a joke. Ditto everything that has been said here. My toes will have dropped off before they arrive (if they ever do).

Only because there's no option to leave minus stars. This company is an utter scam. Do NOT lose your money as I and many others have done. Update: they have arrived - just shoved into a padded envelope; no inner bag for hygiene, no instructions and to add insult to injury I'm not allowed to comment on their Facebook page as I've complained/reported them. I very much doubt they will work and will be reporting them to trading standards. Appalling.

What a waste of time and money. Don't touch them with a barge pole. 3+ weeks for delivery of a load of absolute rubbish. No instructions and don't stick anyway. I'm surprised that ebay, Trading Standards and Paypal have not blocked this obvious scam. The 'firm' is based in China and don't respond to any queries.
