Unreliable and unprofessional

They charged me for express shipping , which was more than double the price, and i accepted since i wanted the items urgently but i ended up getting my package 5 days later instead of three cause they didn't go ahead and choose the express shipping method after all. Very unprofessional and their website is not easy to navigate with wrong prices, i had to point out to them that the discounts they advertise are not appearing on checkout and that they are calculating vat per item twice.
