I have ordered a birthday present for my friends. She had her birthday on 27th June. And when I make my order the company approved and will deliver it on 27th June. But the birthday present did not delivered on 27th June instead were delivered today 28th June. On top of that, the packing was not up to my satisfaction, it does not look nice and it does not look like the picture they show. I wrote to The company why didn’t they send it on 27th June, and their comments is ‘ oh we don’t do delivery on weekends’ and I don’t know a outcome it, and the company even did not send me emails or call said that they don’t delivered weekends. And more over they approved the date when I make the booking 😡. I am so unhappy with this unprofessional service. And will never book anything from them anymore. Amateur . I show them the pictures of the product I ordered to them, and till now no reply at all. 😡😡😡😡
