My food did not arrive for days.
I appreciate that things may be busy but at least respond and apologies for this tragic altercation, hope you reflect on these reviews and improve the business.

Scam, ordered placed 5 weeks ago. Not deliverer, no response to email and phone no. Does not exist. I paid by card, I don't know how to get my money back

Like the majority of other reviews, I placed an order in Sept 2024 which was never shipped, no contact from company even when emailed. Ended up filling a refund with PayPal. Wish I'd have checked Trustpilot first as it looks like they're not trading anymore but still accept orders and payments.

ZERO STARS. AVOID. SCAM.

Ordered at the beginning of September. Nothing arrived. Sent numerous emails. No replies. Phoned the phone number on the website. Line was dead. Had to recover money through my bank.

Never received my order . I emailed got no reply so PayPal have refunded me now

Why are some companies not bothered about bad reviews.
I placed my order in May 2024. After a month I heard nothing about delivery. I emailed twice and some time elapsed before the company, out of the blue, sent an email saying my goods were being posted.
When the goods arrived the package showed signed of leakage within, and sure enough one of the jars of garlic paste had leaked.
I sent an email, with photos to the company and I've heard nothing since.
This is no way to treat customers, and this company should be ashamed of themselves. BEWARE!!!

After placing several orders in the past with no issues whatsoever I placed order over 1 month ago still not delivered after several emails and attempted phone call no response. Order showing dispatched to courier. Money deducted from my bank account

After having three orders satisfactorily fulfilled in the past year (2024) with Spisea.co.uk, last order made a month ago never arrived. Still showing as pending in my account. No communication from company despite emails sent. Not a big order so not a lot of money lost but disappointing. Will not use this company again.

Its been over 3 weeks and still not received my order!

I even paid extra (around £5) for the express delivery. TRIED CONTACTING SEVERAL TIMES, JUST IGNORED EMAILS.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DODGY COMPANY!

Order some spices off this website and paid for express delivery. I never recieved my order and after countless emails trying to contact this business. Not even one response, do not order from this website people they are definitely scamming people.

NO STARS!! They have taken my money but not sent the goods !

STEER CLEAR OF THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY .

We placed an order on 15th December. It is a bulk flour order for a charity event but still not received it. Have sent them multiple mails and called multiple times on the number provided but no response. The only times we got the response was, once an automated mail confirming the receipt of order and the other time on 17th December saying that we don't ship orders on weekends and will ship on Monday 18th December. Since then contacted them multiple querying whether the order has been dispatched or not and called them also multiple times but didn't get any response. Just after an update to know the correct status of the order so that appropriate action can be taken.

I placed an order for palm oil from spisea on the 9th of Sept, got confirmation and shipping details but goods were not delivered on time. Tried to call and mail but no response. Then I reviewed them, after which I got my goods after submitting the review, goods came in well wrapped and in good condition.
