We normally do business direct with our rep, Michael Lentini, however our customer could not handle the large 10K min so I bought the parts on-line. We still needed full certs and especially a statement of COO. I contacted Michael concerning the COO and even though we didn't order directly from him he still went above and beyond to get us what we needed. I also received a follow up from Tori yesterday to make sure we receive what we needed and if not she would take care of it. Excellent customer service all around and fast and easy check out and shipping.

We are paying for the logistics as well…
We are paying for the logistics as well but not getting invoice for the entire paid value, as this leads to issue with Bank and Indian RBI to match the foreign remittance. Also the freight cost is so abnormal for smaller weight of Roll pins we are buying. This is making the prices not competitive. Otherwise all good. Not able to contact any person in spirol
