I'm really cautious when dealing with companies over the telephone and having to transact at arms length. However John Alexander was great. Being completely new to buying whisky, I needed quite a lot of information about the types of barrels, sizes, what was a good buy etc. My dealings were with Jonathan and he took the time to explain all this to me, several times as my memory isn't great!
