Impossible to withdraw
I submitted a withdrawal request that has been rejected multiple times. I have provided all the documents required for the KYC procedure, but each time they ask for something different, even a selfie. I am curious to see if I will actually receive my money. I will update my review once I know more.
Edit: they say that my account is ok now but its false. They keep rejecting my withdrawal stating there are missing documents. I have sent everyhting a thousand times.
UPDATE: Finally I received my funds. Took almost 2 weeks.

Technical KYC failures and zero support – 1000 USDT withdrawal blocked
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at SpinStar.Bet. I deposited 80 USDT (no bonus used) and managed to win approximately 1000 USDT. However, the casino is making it impossible to withdraw my funds.
The KYC tool within their application is broken and fails every time I try to use it. I followed the instructions to contact customer support, but the live chat is completely unavailable. I have sent multiple emails with my valid identification documents, but the support team has ignored every single one.
It is unacceptable to accept deposits instantly but then disappear when a player tries to verify their account for a withdrawal. I am still waiting for a response and for my account (Username: sanjaykumar3) to be verified.
Prospective players should be very careful—it is easy to deposit here, but seemingly impossible to get support or withdraw your winnings. I will update this review if the situation is resolved, but for now, I strongly advise staying away.
