People should avoid this casino at all costs. It is the biggest SCAM the worst online casino I have ever experienced, and it honestly feels like the slot games could be fake or manipulated. There is practically no way to win anything. The RTP feels miserable and there are almost no payouts, no matter how long you play.

They also lie about their bonuses. In my case, they denied my bonus and gave completely unreasonable explanations. It feels like they simply make up excuses so they do not have to honor their own promotions.

Customer support is another disaster. It is either nonexistent or extremely slow to respond, and when they do respond they are rude and unhelpful. I even dealt with an agent who claimed his name was “Rick,” and he was incredibly disrespectful and dismissive the entire time.

There are plenty of other online casinos out there, but this one is by far the worst I have ever played on. Save your money and your time. Stay away from this casino and be aware of how they treat their players.

The casino was advertising a no-deposit bonus promotion. As expected, they require email and phone verification before claiming it — fair enough. The problem is that the email verification link doesn’t work. This has happened to me with other casinos before, but usually live chat resolves it quickly by sending a manual link.

Support here is a joke. I spent 15 minutes trying to explain a simple issue and they just kept saying it wasn’t their problem. When I asked to speak to a manager or get contact details for their complaints team, they flat-out refused. At that point I realised no bonus is worth dealing with staff this clueless and unhelpful.

Sent all Necessary KYC documents after a week still not even verified, stupid me spent over a grand and low and behold won nothing absolutely shocking RTP.

Worst online casino out there. I wish I would have read reviews before I signed up. They won’t pay you, flat out. No point in ever signing up or for sure depositing money. I deposited 500$ and turned it into 5k. I did everything they asked in the verification process (and it was a terrible experience doing it) and they continue to cancel any withdrawal requests. They stopped communicating with me. Haven’t heard from them in a week, I’ve sent them many emails to their support and no response. They disabled the live chat on their website. What went wrong? I spend a lot of money In that casino. When you make deposits, there is no problem. BUT if you make a whitdrawel, to the same bank account, they don't payout.
My account is verified... but still they don't payout.
They asking for more documents... I send all of the document... but still.. they ask again for documents.
Those documents aren't possible, because there is a safety on you're own bank account. It's really sad.. I send more then 10 emails.. and I receive always the same answer.. they keep asking for documents that are not possible to give....
