Absolute scam, you do not get your welcome bonus. Their chat doesn't work for you to even complain about it.

DO not use this gaming service. Charge for all withdrawals (which are not instant and take 48 hours) and deposits and don't actually provide the welcome bonuses that they claim to provide. Their live chat feature does not work and the emails get no response so you can't even ask them to address this issue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Well, that was an experience I don't think I will endure again. Apart from having a surcharge to deposit, the reels on every game I played lagged terribly, taking around 30 seconds per spin. Sometimes you get a gut feeling for gaming sites and this does not appeal at all

I then check and payout has been declined on the grounds

I deposited BRL 300.00 and received another BRL 300.00 bonus, even without claiming any bonus. I have not entered any bonus codes, I have not claimed any bonuses. I made a simple deposit and after a few minutes this bonus appeared in my account. And I was already playing with my money, without any bonuses.

When I saw the bonus computed, it was linked to a rollover of more than BRL 11k.
I played until the FULL bonus rollover. Rollover done, I decided to withdraw R$ 7k.

Even though I was able to withdraw, I canceled the R$ 7k redemption and continued playing. So I decided to redeem R$ 8k. Days later I get a RIDICULOUS email talking about "abuse" in betting. Yes, you read that right: "ABUSE IN BETTING". A casino site says you abused betting. Long story short: SPIN RIO STOLE my earnings, kidnapping R$ 7,700.00 and "returning" R$ 300.00 to my account. LOL.

This bonus I DIDN'T ASK, DIDN'T CLAIM AND DIDN'T ENTER A CODE AT THE TIME TO MAKE THE DEPOSIT.

The site is a machine to STEAL money from customers. They are thieves, bandits, scum.

My advice good casino but lacking features as said above . Also no limit citys games , no thunderkicks and cant do bonus hunts with play and go as it just brings you back to the incomplete game .

Made 3 deposits totalling £76, money left my bank account but hasn’t appeared in my casino account - the money has apparently gone missing. Complained about this and get the same response from live chat. It’s literally a problem that could be fixed in 5 minutes yet they’ve dragged it out over a full week. Ridiculous

I was given a link to follow for a bonus like there sister sites I pay deposit and then after be advised to sign out and in then to allow game play lost my money with no bonus to be told my account is not entitled. The website crashes quite a bit unfortunately but selection of games is good. Be warned though they charge you to deposit & withdraw your money which I think is really bad. They don't make this clear either when you sign up cos I never saw it written anywhere. Surprised they are allowed to do this if I'm honest. Won't be depositing again but least I got some money back.

Just put 600 in not 1 bonus, no return what so ever. Just sat and watch it eat my 600 like there was no tomorrow. Bye bye
