If I could give minus stars for this casino I would. Please, please anyone thinking of depositing to this casino just keep your money. I made a deposit with a bonus, won a decent sum of money and by the end of the wagering requirement was left with £2000. This is where the problems began, instantly they took £1200 from my winnings and my balance went down to £800 and was told there is "cap" on winnings. I asked if there was a cap on losses, obviously not. Nevertheless, I made my withdrawal, and waited patiently, checking the status everyday and speaking with live chat. They assured me that my winnings had been sent, and on the way I just had to wait a little longer. After 5 days of waiting, it was rejected and put back into my playing balance, and they now waned to see multiple forms of identification, they didn't need to see any of this to make a deposit though? Funny huh......it was at this moment I realised, I had been scammed and would never ever receive any payment. I contacted live chat, and requested closure of my account, and self exclusion. I was given an email I had to contact in order to do this, so....I sent the email asking to close and exclude the account, where I was then told I was being hasty and to check out the promotions page, completely ignoring my request to close and exclude the account. 7 emails from my end, and 7 replies to finally get the account closed. I also had to threaten with legal action.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
If I can help just 1 person save there money from this scamming casino I'll be happy!! Just seriously do not even think about depositing here, because all you're doing is throwing your hard earned money down the drain.
Scam - avoid. You have to send several documents to be verified before withdrawing but the documents are stuck “in review” forever, making it impossible to withdraw.
