A very dishonest casino with terrible service.
They advertise a $2200 CAD (€1700) daily withdrawal limit, but in reality, they blocked my withdrawals and capped me at about €500 (~$800 CAD) — completely at their own discretion.
I’m VIP Level 12, which supposedly comes with faster withdrawals and higher limits. In reality? Delays of 24–72 hours per payout and strict limits that don’t match anything they advertise.
Even worse, their own terms don’t make sense:
Max €500 per transaction
Max €1500 per day
Only one withdrawal every 24 hours
Only one pending withdrawal at a time
So how is anyone supposed to reach €1500 per day if only €500 is allowed per day in practice?
It’s mathematically impossible.
Then I received an email saying the monthly withdrawal limit is 1700 euros, but magically they increased it to 5000 euros...MONTHLY. Misrepresentation, dishonest, insane.
This is misleading, inconsistent, and clearly designed to confuse players.
Avoid. As a level 12 VIP 2 player, nothing they advertise or promise is respected and they cannot be trusted.
