Disappointing
I attended Spine Plus after being unable to run for around two years. I was advised by Darren that the MRI scan I had previously paid for had scanned the wrong part of my body and was encouraged to have a further MRI at a cost of around £400.
After paying for this, I later received a voicemail saying that the original MRI scan was in fact correct and that I should just continue with the exercises previously prescribed that obvioulsy weren't working. When I queried this via vm and email I was then via email referred on to two very expensive personal trainers.
Since then, I have independently established that my issue relates to my IT band and hip mechanics, and I am now finally making progress.
Unfortunately, given the cost and the conflicting advice, I found the experience disappointing.
