This is FRAUD

This is FRAUD! I have ordered 12th Jan, money taken, not even shipped, no message from them whatsoever! They keep sending automated maila saying that I have left items in the basket and to pay again! This is Total fraud and scam!!!

Don’t order from here
I ordered 2 coat due 20 January and still not arrived
I’ve emailed them to asking about my order ,literally tracking my order
Not a single answer came back to me
Very poor customer service!
Luckily I’ve payed with credit card so credit company will step in and I will get my money back 😡

CALL YOUR BANK! i just did and the refunded me in full. including the shipping fees. DO NOT let them get away with it. i ordered 14th of dec and was reluctant to call because it was almost 2 months ago. surprisingly, they did refund me

I ordered a jacket on January 9th

I ordered a jacket on January 9th. I’ve emailed to check the status and got no reply but they took my $37 out the day I ordered. I wish I would have done a google search before I ordered. I still have no jacket.

Missing coat!

I ordered my coat over a month ago and still no coat! I’ve tried calling, emails with no response.
Call a number that was provided and no answer. I will be calling the better business bureau ASAP!!! If I don’t receive my coat soon.
