It takes too long to withdraw at this site, I know they have their processes as they say, however it seems impossible to withdraw most of the time. Easy to send money though, Realistically this is the same with most online casinos. I would recommend not to play online and just go to real casino, however if this is not an option, do not play with bonuses, ensure that your account is verified before you make any deposit. Remember they exist to take your money so do not expect to win what you spend as with all gambling. Do not expect a quick seamless withdrawal and be patient while ensuring you get your funds if you should be so lucky to actually win. And know that you will win a bit at the beginning but eventually lose it all, then you will deposit more win a bit then lose it all, its a cycle I have noticed with these online sites. Update, still waiting for the withdrawal, do not trust this process, I contacted them and received different information on the status, I am now being told its still in review, it has been 3 days in review and they just locked my account. I would like to trust this process and feel that they would honor my withdrawal as why else would I play, makes no sense and I feel really stupid now for thinking this would be as promised.
Second update: Once again asking for the status of withdrawal, I was asked by agent if I needed the money, like anyone I said yes, as I said yes they immediately banned me from my account and said my answer was a concerning statement, I then received an email saying I am banned from playing for 6 months, My account has been completely locked, I did take screen shots of my withdrawal status previous and kept all chats, not sure if that will be of any use. Clearly not at all an experience to be happy about. I can only hope my next update will be a good one, currently I am being told my request for a status update has been escalated to their operations team as it has been for the last week.
