Won $1,950CAD on April 5th. They've asked for my documents which I sent. I've received email that my documents have been received. Now I spoke to an agent and she claimed they haven't received any documents and thus can't process my withdrawal. Seems like a total scam and fraud.

I deposited my own money, played normally, and requested a withdrawal of approximately 92,400 CLP.
