What they don't mention in any of the rules & regulations or terms of use is that your winnings have to go through a conversion process. First you need to make a deposit, cheapest is $9.99. I had acquired $3,000 plus winnings from the $10 bonus. After the conversion process I only had $3.00 and change after conversion and $4.00 and change including deposit money after conversion.
