My product never arrived (EU Store)
I made an initial purchase in July—"two-day shipping." Twenty days later, I received a package... the incorrect product; it was only the legs. It took a few days to reach customer service until they finally responded: "Don't worry, we will send you another one." I reordered with "two-day shipping" again. One week later... silence. DO NOT BUY

I’d recommend not buying Spikeball. Unfortunately I purchased two products from this company, both the standard set and a rookie set for my kids. The kids enjoyed playing it but the ball popped and the company no longer stocks replacement rookie balls. The most frustrating part of this experience though is their customer service. They waste your time with back and forward emails where they act like they are just out of stock when in reality it becomes clear they have no intention in ever restocking this item for purchase. Lots of other good yard games and companies out there….go find something better!

Do not purchase, absolutely made from the cheapest plastics. Arm broke after light use and ordered a replacement piece which broke after one use. I could not be more disappointed. Have receipt would ask for refund.

Good product. Shipping fees are a bit nonsense though.

These guys are absolute legends. For one- they don’t charge you anything on shipping for the replacement parts and they even let you get a couple new ones in advance that way if/when you break a rim you can have extras ready! I have given them so many requests because I’m am the main ambassador in my area and they are super generous. ☀️😎

Worst customer experience…

4 months ago I filled out a form to get some parts replaced as they were broken. They never arrived so I contacted the customer who at first did not answer and after a couple of mail reached back and told me it was not getting due to customs.
I then had to try again and this time they manage to not send the parts… so again this took some time… now the parts still not have arrived and I am told they again are in customs.
10 days ago I received a bill from the customs but no parts.
Which I have informed spikeball about in two mails without any of recieving any answer.

So I have received a bill, no parts and spikeball doesn’t respond to my mails!

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had with any company. Read a lot about their outstanding returns and exchanges policy but the speed and hassle free experience of getting a replacement part was exceptional. I dealt with a gent called Nick Foster. Give the man a raise.

I bought a spikeball a few days ago and I think it is not anything near what they advertised ,very cheap and flimsy material ,net stretched by ambient temperature and ball does not bounce enough and it goes wherever it wants to go, and it is way over-priced, I will return it for a refund tomorrow

I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter and when it arrived one of the hood strings was unraveled. I emailed Customer Service and they rushed a replacement. It was so impressive. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Worth the money

Excellent Product, I have gotten years of enjoyment out of this and a few days ago one of the rim pieces broke. They company decided to send me a new one so I can continue to enjoy the product. This is one of the most consumer friendly businesses I have seen! You should be supporting this team.

It’s overpriced hype, the materials are cheap and one leg broke off during assembly, the balls don’t inflate the deform when a slight bit of air is added, the game is almost unplayable and it will go straight to the bin, do NOT waste your money on this buy a simple ball and play like normal games, this is hyped.
