Scammers!

Scammers!! I made a purchase for more than $650 for Christmas. And I received one part of the shipment in other words an incomplete order. But on the tracking the shipment shows that "it was delivered" I've been trying to get in touch for 1 month and they just disappear. They took my money. I hope it won't happen to someone else.

Please stay away from this company!!!

Please stay away from this company!!!! Look at the recent reviews, this is a nightmare. They put sale prices to lure you in- do not send your order and then ghost you!!! Contact # is fake, email is bogus- contact on IG they promised to rectify (after seeing a bad review) and then SILENCE. These people should be in jail!!!

If you are looking for original spider hoodies I wouldn't buy them here, they only sell fake ones! and for the price they sell it you can find another supplier that is cheaper!

Sorry that I ordered from this company!

Ordered a hoodie in late November it was supposed to be delivered in days from NY. I then got an email that it was sold out and coming from Singapore. It did not ship for almost 2 weeks. The US phone number does not get answered, it rings and disconnects. I got charged tax when there is no tax on clothing in my state. I have tried emailing them and they have not resolved this issue. Very frustrating would not order from Spider Hoodie again!

Late and wrong sweatshirt…

I received an email saying that the sweatshirt was out of stock in the US so it would be sent from Singapore and it would be a few days late. It arrived almost a week late and is the wrong sweatshirt. I am currently waiting for them to get back to me.
