I wish I had checked these reviews out before ordering Winter fleece pants. I ordered size 12/14 UK size and eventually received a child size pair in a packet marked L. After complaining to Sphericalm they sent me a link for me to sort it out with the manufacturer, My security on my computer said not to click on the link as it was suspicious of Malware. I wrote back saying that as they were the suppliers they should sort out the problem.
Like other reviewers, they used the same tactics with me. "our warehouse checked, the product they sent to you is correct according to your order.
So sorry for the inconvenience that they do not fit you. Will it be possible to give them to others?"
NO
"If you return the product, the shipping fee may be expensive to you. It's very uneconomical.
So, how about we refund you 3.24GBPas compensation?"!!!!

For your own sanity, keep well away from these and their associated company Giske Network Technology.
They sent the wrong product, I proved this with photographs and then the crap really began:
1 - tried saying it was my fault their warehouse staff got it wrong
2 - offered £3 compensation for a product costing £33.04
3 - suggested I should give the useless product to someone else and no refund
4 - offered £4 compensation followed by I'm stealing this from a poor person's wages
5 - offered £5 compensation on the provision I send the wrong product back at cost to myself to China. Then they would issue a refund when they could.

I now have PayPal involved but for the love of humanity, keep away from this company or its parent one Giske network technology

Same problem as the review a couple of days ago, the fleece leggings are tiny, practically children's leggings, not at all stretchy, took a month to arrive. Now they are offering me £5 'compensation' instead of a refund. Still fighting this. Con artists! AVOID!

I don't even rate this company 1 star, but had to press it to type.......
Ordered shoes in August & still not arrived l, it's now 12th December, I've emailed nearly every week & no reply.....

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought three pairs of fleece lined leggings which took a month to arrive. I was initially over charged, which was refunded. However when the items arrived, they were far too small. I contacted the company numerous times but they kept saying they had supplied what I ordered, they had, but they were too small..! Had to eventually go through PayPal resolution service and ended up with less than 50% of order value. Complete scam artists...

I purchased two pairs of fleece lined joggers. The sizing was for a stick insect - completely useless.
There was no fleece - just thin white lining .
The ad was a total lie or misrepresentation.
To get a refund I was advised that I would have to pay for the return to China . Not worth it cost - so I binned the purchase. Avoid at all cost - rip off company .

This does not warrant even half a star. How did I not read these reviews before using this company. Ordered a fleece-lined leggings. 16 to 18 size. I received two pairs of no sense that won't even fit my 11yr old. I am fuming as I waited for nearly a month to even receive it. And now behold the amount of stress involved just to send it back. I will be contacting my bank to chase up my FULL refund. I am so disgusted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 😡😡

These do not even warrant 1 star. When I placed the order on 14th December, they took more than the amount on the order, claiming it was for insurance. I immediately cancelled the order (14th November). The order still arrived on 1st December!!! The sizes were for a 10/12 (M), it will be lucky if they fit a child!! I have been trying to contact their customer services, without success. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will report this to my bank and let them deal with it.

Would have given a 0 rating. Ordered fleece leggings and like others took 3 weeks to arrive, aren’t fleece lined and are tiny. You can only return to China and that costs about £26. Also they advertised at GBP but it turns out their prices are in US dollars and they convert and charge the conversion price. I should have known it was too good to be true.

Ridiculously small , wouldn’t fit a child ,unable to return , very poor customer service , don’t order through them

Would have given no stars if it was an option! Took 4 weeks to arrive! Ordered 14-16 ( XL ) ( I am size 14 and 5’5” tall )in fleece leggings - they are ridiculously small! They will not fit my daughter who is 5’2” and size 10/12 !
May fit my daughter in law who is a very petite size 6/8 ( Filipino so very petite! ) . Don’t waste your money !!

Very poor quality. Waste of time and money. One star is far too much for the company. No customer service no returns. Never again

Item took weeks to arrive and when it did it was too small. Customer service is non existent and I'm still trying to return the items after five days

If it was possible to give no stars, then I would. Ordered fleece lined leggings in a medium. When after six weeks they finally arrived they would just about fit a six year old. Very bad quality.
Avoid using this company at all costs.

Ordered fleecy leggings. I am 5’ and an 8/10 in clothes size so I ordered a medium. Took quite a few weeks to arrive when they arrived they barely covered my hip bone so not come up anywhere near my waist. When I asked to return they replied give to someone else and order a bigger size. I ask to return them and have a refund was told the shipping cost that I would have to pay for me to return them would be higher than refund so no point . Poor product. Poor customer service. Rip-off. Do not buy from this company.

I should have known better ordering from a company that popped up in my Facebook feed.

Heated Gilet very poor quality and only a very small square less than 6" squared on the back actually heats up. 4xl claims to be 48" to 50" but it is very very small. Measurement across the back is 21" making the garment actually 42" inches, Label does state 4xl.

I ordered soft.clouds fleecy grey leggings.
Not at all as described - poor quality, thin cheap material, size much smaller than usual.
Tried to return but no return details .

More money was taken from my bank than invoiced. Emails were bounced back. The help centre sent you in circles. After much toing and froing I was reimbursed the extra money. The parcel tracker was a joke. I took receipt of my items 8 weeks later. I'm so disappointed with the quality. The material is so thin that it is see through and gives no support what's so ever. The advert also claimed the good support was good for posture. The guide for which size to oder was based on your usual bra size. The item went on easily as the material is thin and stretchy but the cup area didn't cover me nor support me. I contacted Spericalm and again after much toing and froing I was told they sent the right items and I couldn't return the items. They have offered a £2 refund.
This item is NOT fit for purpose and therefore of poor quality. Don't waste your money!

Ordered in Aug received in Nov and they are rubbish and incorrect order. Trying to get response for any info is impossible. Bots all the time. Same with return. AVOID AT ALL COST

SCAM, received parcel after 3 months wait, tiny bit of coverage for nipple area, so uncomfortable when on, do not waste your money, gave them 1 star but technically should be no stars!!
