Die Kissen sind qualitativ hochwertig, aber leider sehr dünn. Musste alle Kissen 2mal bestellen, damit der Bezug gut gefüllt ist. Dadurch sehr teuer. Lieferzeitangabe (1-3 Werktage) passt auch nicht, dauert viel länger. Information bei Lieferung mit GLS schlecht, daher wurde die Lieferung in einen Paketshop gebracht und ich musste extra hinfahren. Verbesserungspotential auf jeden Fall vorhanden.
Wir waren begeistert von der Qualität des Produktes und der Wärmeleistung. Preis Leistung stimmt. Jedoch haben wir eine Stufe zu warm genommen, sodass wir die Bettdecke zurückgeschickt haben und eine Stufe Dünner genommen, obwohl wir eher frieren. Das 100 Tage Rückgaberecht ist wirklich sehr kulant.
Der Langzeittest der neuen Decke, wird sich erst zeigen.
