The compassion and non-judgmental attitude shown throughout the process were very encouraging and appreciated. Responses to my inquiries were provided within a reasonable timeframe, which helped make the experience smoother. However, the follow-up after the process was completed with the estate administrator has not been as prompt as expected. Improving communication at that final stage would make the overall experience even better.

A high level of professionalism, courtesy, care and respect for the client was very very comforting and assuring. It made the entire process seamless, consumer friendly and satisfying. Thank you Spergel, for helping birth a new beginning. 5 stars all the way 😁👍🏼
