Lack of Concern & Moral Fibre

Can I assume this is Spencer Properties based in Leeds ?
I live in an apartment and they own the one above me. They have clearly shown no care or concern after I have suffered greatly. Never once checking if I am ok!! I have had to sort out refurbishment, contractors etc to put things right. I have had 3 water leaks and serious damage was caused.
Being 80 & in poor health I have found all this upsetting & too much. They clearly don’t care. Stay well away from them.
