Beware - a few days after subscribing, the company changed the charges and increased them. No nofication, no 30 days notice, despite their terms of reference saying they give notice. I cannot trust them to not make more changes to the charges so I cancelled during the cooling off period and sought a refund. They have refused to honour the cooling off period and I believe they are acting illegally and or fraudulently. I am currently in contact with third party organisations to take further action to get my payment returned. I note others have experienced the same, This company is ignorant of consumer law or wilfully contravenes it - more details just search for legal obligations when purchasing online digital content via a subscription service.

Excellent, the best most realistic UGC I tested, fast customer service, easy to create, I`m very pleased.

I am extremely disappointed with this company after testing their service. Despite cancelling my subscription and no longer using their system, they have attempted to withdraw £298 from my account approximately 10 times. This is completely unacceptable, especially as I have already cancelled my subscription.

I have reached out to their customer service team multiple times to address this issue, but they have failed to respond. Their lack of communication and support is shocking and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I strongly believe this company operates in a fraudulent manner.

I would never recommend this service to anyone. It is far better to invest time in researching and finding a legitimate company—one that not only delivers quality results but also values its customers, offers reliable support, and respects its clients’ financial security. Attempting to repeatedly withdraw funds without authorisation is fraudulent behaviour, and people need to be aware of this.

If I could rate this company 0 stars, I absolutely would. Please stay away and protect yourself from this kind of ordeal.

The AI was realistic, and I felt like I had authentic influencers promoting my book.

It has nothing to do with their Instagram Ads, even not close. They are likely using real human at IG ads but their AI videos as clearly fake. Useless tool. They are getting $1 to try. It does not wory penny.

Really nice app with cool features. It lets you create high quality ugc videos and realistic pictures. Currently using it for my e-commerce shop. Definitely worth a subcription!

Very good customer service. The app works pretty well. The image generations are pretty spot on when it comes to consistency, and if not, you can always rerun the same prompt again. They have a Chatgpt magic prompt for the app, so you can basically make good b-roll/a-roll videos. It is slightly pricey, but if you are running a small business, give it a shot for UGC content.

The website is very clear and easy to use. The support is world-class and helps immediately.

I've been using Speel for the past 2 weeks, and I'm honestly blown away by how much it's transformed my workflow. As someone who creates content for multiple products, I was drowning in deadlines and struggling to maintain quality while scaling. Speel completely solved that problem. Im just addicted to it. The final results are far better than any platforms in my opinion.

This is the first Ai driven tool that I've seen that delivers high quality consistent characters. It even produces the correct live backgrounds which I've never seen before. Fantastic tool!

Support is amazing. Really responsive. Created my first videos with relative ease. Plan on using them for my complete product line to generate UGC Actor testimonials. Really cool. Voice doesn't sound robotic like other AI tools, very natural, realistic. I am sure things will definitely improve in the coming months.

I'm really enjoying easy mode on speel.co. It's allowing me to create short video clips for my shop. Customer service is always responsive.

Incredible platform, I've tried Arcads, using midjourney to make avatars, Sora 2 for realistic AI, but this is the first platform that gives you full control of script while having that realistic AI avatar. The image editing tool is so good too, really impressed, long-term customer and this is just day one of using it.

There are multiple companies on the market today that generate UGC AI videos, the main difference like in any industry comes down to the people behind the software and how they treat their customers.
It's obvious to me the customers are a priority to the team at Speel. I believe in the old saying in business, "the speed of the pack is the speed of the leader". Hats off to the leadership behind Speel.
