The following is a chat conversation on the scam website. I thought I'd give them a go since they were given good reviews on Reddit. Boy, was I totally wrong!!!
"I'm so sorry to say this but I received a review copy of my resume and I am utterly disappointed!! The resume doesn't sound like me at all, the writer missed CHUNKS of who I really am and a lot of it is "made up," I'm afraid. What is the process of having this case looked at and possible refund???? I'm afraid I am left feeling underwhelmed with the result of the "professional" writer!

After this chat, I then went ahead and left a review/comment on their website:
"Please look at all the uploaded files, it includes my original resume, the job I wanted to apply for, the first preview resume, the second resume (I'm not happy with, and it was done overnight. Seemed like it was really rushed for time!!!). All I can say is this. I will without a doubt RELUCTANTLY pay for the poor service I had. From what you call a "pro" writer who obviously has NO experience with the formalities of resume writing and makeup lies about my work experience history to land a job I wanted to apply for. I am totally gob smacked and speechless with this service. With that being said, I will be using this information to warn people out there who are looking for "genuine" resume writers and not be scammed by SpeedyWriters through platforms such as Reddit and Trust Pilot. Bad news always travels fast!!! I won't be sorry at all for doing this because I pay money for a service where it will have an adverse effect on my future possibilities of being the best possible candidate for ANY job I apply for.

The scam website has only given a 20% refund which obviously says a lot about their very poor and novice service.
