After phoning Speedy Street and speaking to Josh regarding a price needed for a customer this was promptly sent across to myself.
Once ordered with Josh, the response back with confirmation was almost Immediate.
Very good service and will be recommending to other Travis Perkins Branches.

Great response time and genuine attempt to service jobs friendly and efficiently.

If they're beaten on price, they're always willing to listen to feedback so they can win the next order.

I use Speedy Street Solutions many times and I cannot rate them higher. Both Chole and Josh do there best to service product needs and always respond to try help me get what I need.

Although Speedy Street couldn't get me what i needed, they were so helpful!! Alecia and Wayne were really lovely, they responded straight away and answered all questions I had. I will absolutely try them for any street furniture we need in the future :)

Four galvanized hoops were purchased for internal use at school, all four failed on the welds within five months. Apparently, being bolted to a carpet covered concrete floor was the problem according to Speedy Street Solutions. The hoops were repaired at our own costs to a much higher standard, zero help from the supplier.

Contrary to SSS answer below, photographs of the failed units were provided 3 weeks prior to us repairing them with no offer of replacement being suggested.

Second edit, SSS have withheld some details, photo's of failed items emailed on the 11 April 2022 at 13.34 and were received by Alecia. Further photo's were sent 5 May 2022 at 12.23 showing further failed units, this was when the units were repaired. A period of nearly 4 weeks had elapsed from initial contact to point of repair and not once had SSS proposed a solution hence repairing them ourselves. All emails are logged and read reports were obtained.
