Gave up on ever winning at this place it seems like the more you deposit the more they take they take you up and they take you down immediately and also one of their sister casinos just took my money like nobody's business and when I did win on speed sweeps there's no such thing as instant redemption they gave me shit about it and I did already sent in all of my stuff so there was no reason for this so with that being said I think they suck and so do their bonus rewards

Awful…I play on their sister sites and other online sweepscasinos and this ONE IS BY FAR THE WORST!!!! They claim instant redemptions the kicker is that’s a lie and basically anything over $100 is not instant. I have been trying to redeem $1600 for the last nine days and have received $100 in 9 days. I message support and I get no where I DO JOT RECOMMEND AND WOULD TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE. I have never been so sad and disappointed in a company and the lack of customer service and just awful. I think anyone in this world could use $1600 for fun things yet not from this company. I could just cry and bang my head because I have never been so frustrated 😩

UPDATE : it has now been 8 days and I did what they always tell you email support and well I have received $500 in $100 increments and have a $200 one still pending for two days. And $700 still in my bank. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS support doesn’t respond and I STILL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE

I made a purchase for 19.99, got my coins and started playing. I hit free spins 4 times on a Hacksaw game. I hit 300.00. The thing is I had to split the redemption in two. It was instant. My customer service rep helped me through the whole thing. It's a great site and redemption is usually instant.
