Update 1/18: they took the time to copy and paste a reply to this review, but couldn't take the time to answer my emails. Even the customer service representative "Meghan" ignored me. Now on day 8 with not a single dollar paid.

Stay away from this casino at all costs. Most of the reviews you see on trustpilot and other websites are fake and if you pay careful attention you can tell they are duplicated. I'm not sure how they get away with this but they are definitely a scam.

I won over 20K ($20,000) sweepstakes coins to be redeemed into money. They allow me to redeem up the 2000 ($2,000) sweeps coins per day.

I went through the kyc verification using my driver's license, I sent them the copies of the debit card as requested, and I have emailed support multiple times. I have also talked to their customer service representatives. They are very friendly but they just keep referring you back to the compliance team. The compliance team told me they can take up to a maximum of 10 days for the money to be redeemed.

Fast forward 5 days later, for no reason at all, and after doing exactly everything they said to the letter, my redemptions are being rejected.

After doing some deeper research, I'm learning that this is a common occurrence with this company. They seem to be legit and they play legit games, but they certainly do not do instant payouts like they claim and they do not seem to have any money to pay out at all.

Don't make the same mistake I did. If it's too good to be true it probably is. They are a scam and they should probably be investigated for the way that they operate.

Just realize they have really tight terms and conditions and even if you win big, regardless of how much money you spent, you're not going to get anything back.

UPDATE 3:This was resolved and paid out. I still enjoy playing here. I’d like it even more if they had good or even decent promos for sweeps coins packages. It’s ok though because they make up for it with super fast redemptions.
UPDATE 2: STILL WAITING on $100 redemption. They have only sent me ONE email period regarding my account. I’ve submitted two tickets with no response. I have submitted what they requested with no reply back from them. I would advise people not to play here because if something goes wrong and you need to contact support, it’ll be hard to get in contact with them. There’s way too many similar sites to worry about playing here.
UPDATE:I was mistaken, they did send out 1 email that was easily missed. It was requesting proof of my debit cards, which I submitted. We shall see how long redemption takes now.

Well I really wanted to give a good review because I like the platform. I enjoyed playing in this site and as soon as I hit $100 I redeemed it. Problem is it let me redeem, but I haven’t gotten a single confirmation email from them showing I redeemed and/or that I verified my account. I even submitted a ticket to customer service and didn’t get an email about that either. It’s been 9 hours plus and I’d imagine I’d have at least gotten a couple emails by now to confirm.

I enjoyed this platform and I’m going to continue to play it because when they say instant redemption that’s what they really mean. This platform is no joke.

No, my patience is gone! All gone. Now the redemption times are just spaced out every 12 hours. As it stands if I want to request the full amount I’ll have to wait 12 hours once this llatest request that is approaching 24 hours and counting is processed. You’re minimizing the redemption window and amount by nickel and diming me and this shit is sick. Stretching them across days as intentional interference. Making me take half whenever and another half whenever and if I want a larger amount I’ll have to sit and wait at least 12 hours. It’s unprofessional. I have had it. I want a method to be made available so I can simply take my all of my winnings and never play with Speedsweeps again. Mail me a check, ACH, temporarily raise the redemption amount or something to I can take my 20,000+ dollars or SC and get the hell away from your terrible lies and underhanded tactics that stretch player’s patience and reason to its limits. I just want all of my winnings. If only there were some regulatory body or something that you answered to that j could speak with. It’s demeaning behavior from a business and it’s disgusting. You should be held accountable. Speed sweeps redeemed my first 2999 within 13 hours but 100, 1400, and many other random amounts take days. Gtfoh. This is my 4th review. From around October 16th till now I have yet to be helped, all my redemptions get denied no matter how long they sit pending and the amounts now aren’t even large, I am attempting to redeem around $400 I’ve been doing small redemptions for over 2 months all have been denied, support hasn’t even responded via email in months and live support tells me to be patient not acknowledging that I’ve been waiting close to 80 days for my redemption that started off large but is now down to only $450. Mind you they will respond to this review telling me it’s frustrating waiting a while for a large redemption but to just give them an email. They will not acknowledge that this entire situation has taken 80+ days. These guys are frauds and will not pay you no matter what happens, 80 days for $450 is absurd. Funny enough I have a picture of one of the live support agents swearing I would receive my redemption by the new year back in OCTOBER
