So I bought Wowgo x3 , and had couple of problems with the board belt motor( i like this board nevertheless ) .

I recently purchased an Exway wave from Matej and the team at Speedio. The initial chat service on their website led to the purchase. My questions were answered honestly and immediately. Once the board arrived, an initial warranty issue was dealt with immediately and the support was everything you expect with such a purchase. This didn’t feel like the typical online experience we have come to expect. This experience with Speedio was transparent and customer-based. The Exway Wave is also an excellent product. Driving a car is so boring in comparison 🤷🏻‍♂️

Got a Widewheel Pro from Speedio. It's fantastic product. Delivery was fast (within 4 working days).
To prep the scooter took 10 minutes. The product arrived in perfect conditions. The performance of this scooter is absolute fun. Great stability. Awesome and safe breaks. Best aesthetic amongst all scooters. Yes it is heavy. Amazing adherence to the road and the speed in sport mode is amazing. It's a great satisfaction and well spent money. Thank you to speedio for impeccable service.

Been looking at getting an e board for a while now, had one couple of years ago but died after about 3 hrs use so I opted for a more superior brand but could only find them in America, however not one company in America would post to UK due to brexit so I found a reseller being speedio which I investigated thoroughly but was still a bit dubious as its a lot of money to spend on something that I can't physically take back to a shop if something goes wrong but after speaking to the guy at speedio I felt better, yes your paying a bit more for your board as its a reseller but it's worth it . Board was delivered within 5 days and worked fine with the promise of parts sent out to me or sending board back for repair if something does go wrong , nothing has gone wrong so I can't really comment if they hold true to that hence 4 stars and not 5, but honestly can't fault there service so far, good communication throughout, paypal payment, been out on board a few times and its been amazing so far, if your worried about this company being a scam , don't be , they've been more helpful than the actual board stockists in America.
