This is the worst property management platform! It’s been stressing me for months!!! I’m paying for the membership fee but they are allocating it on something else that was not supposed to be paid on the speedhome platform! Been trying to fix this for months but all you receive are AI bot responses!! Fix this! Please also if anyone knows where to file complain to this company! Avoid this platform!

Stay away from them.Their home runners are reliable, ghosted potential tenant on the day of viewing. Their AI chat is annoying AF. Does not understand context of conversation and keep spamming chat room with the message. Even asked me ,.the landlord where is the home runner? Lol its terrible.
Now trying to get my condo key from them back and it has been unsuccessful. Rubbish services .start up that is just trying to mint easy money

I had this experienced. My cousin is pregnant now and was looking for house to rent via speedhome for past 1 month. She had viewed almost 4 units with her 8 months pregnancy. After viewing speedhome let go all the 4 units to other person and hold the deposit of RM500( no intention to refund indirectly being forceful) Then their advertisement one day is zero and after view they change it to 2 months deposit , they like to confused people. And there was 1 incident when my cousin view the house which was advertised zero deposit. After viewing the landlord agreed to rent and she was not inform her that she need to pay utilities deposit and indah water. In the chat the landlord requested speedhome to collect deposit for utilities and the landlord have wants to view the house 3 months once. Which all this information was not told to her during viewing. The total amount that was advertised was different and they asking additional payment. It's your house, u can ask what ever payment and u can visit when ever u like, but u must inform the tenant if they are okay then u should inform speedhome to proceed. without proper information and not willing to refund the deposit consider it's a cheat. and till now speedhome have not get back to us. if can I even want to give negative star. don't choose speedhome they are not professional.

worst company ever. I had nightmare of a renting experience because a psychopath was our landlord in The Hamilton condo unit B-41-05, his name is Joe (Changed English name) and his actual name is NG Wei Hong. He was been harassing me since he terminated the contract in March just because I complained about his shady business in collecting the electricity bill. Everything that goes wrong in the unit even with the other tenants he blames it on me. Just because I did not complaint. Speedhome did nothing to handle it as it is their responsibilty to mediate. He blamed the other tenants dirty dishes on me, he blamed the slow internet on me, and the trash done by other tenants and so on.
